Since most people have Netscape than IE, and some of my friends have AOL, this may prove usefull for those who want to know who is missing or gaining out on what. Most people can divide this up between Netscape Navigator, and IE. Some people, however, have AOL instead, and others old PC`s still have Opera. Even some still take plesure out of the now dead Sega Dreamcast Console. 1. Microsoft`s "Internet Explorer" Qualaty: The best out of all of the browsers, people who have this one will be in for a nice comphy ride. Verson Tested: IE 5.5+ Pros: Top Noch JavaScript 2.0 Efects Top Noch DHTML Efects BG sound avalable VML Compatalble Favcon Support Cons: Some HTML Tags are Imcompatible No "LoSRC" function No layering function Rating: ***** out of 5 2. Netscape Navigator Qualaty: Very close to IE, but some functions are lost, however, this is good for those who don`t have IE. Verson Tested: NN 4.0+ Pros: Good Screen Size Decent JavaScript 2.0 efects "LoSRC" comand function Layering Function Cons: Loses some JavaScript 2.0 Functions No BG Sound on lower versons No VML Support No Favicon Support Rating: **** out of 5 3. America Online [AOL] Qualaty: This is, ok. Some pictures don`t turn upright, and the placement is a little out of wack, but its ok, for a browser. Verson Tested: AOL 4.0+ Pros: Dose a good job in display Website loads fast Cons: Disent BG Sound ART converson is not good Website order is out of wack Rating: *** out of 5 4. Opera Qualaty: Ok, however, its is a bit clucky when the efects get heavy. Verson Tested: Opera 3.5 Pros: Its a good brower Netscape-stile Plug-ins work Cons: JavaScript 1.0 suport only Active X and HTML 4.0 not suported Rating: *1/2 out of 5 5. Dreamcast Browser Qualaty: Its good, but the TV screen fuzzes some of the words and pictures out.
